These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisville, Kentucky. By using the Site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any legal disputes.
16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
If a dispute arises between you and Man.Int, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally through direct communication with us. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to resolve any claims through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). Arbitration shall take place in Louisville, Kentucky, unless the parties agree otherwise. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal action will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or other representative action. If a court finds that the class action waiver is unenforceable, then the entirety of this dispute resolution section shall be null and void.

Man.Int reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice or liability. This includes the right to impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Site.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Man.Int regarding your use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
